This terms and conditions document forms a binding legal agreement between the 33bc platform and its users. 33bc is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services for Bangladeshi users.

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Accounts may not be created in the name of a corporate entity or business — only personal accounts are accepted.

• By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.
• If it is proven that a minor has operated an account, that account will be closed and all transactions will be voided.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 6 for details).
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

33bc offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are detailed below.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only — not to subsequent deposits.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the sum of the deposit plus the bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagers on certain games or bet types may not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus offers cannot be combined with each other unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• 33bc reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

All game outcomes on 33bc are determined through verified and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Ensuring fair play is our priority.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 33bc reserves the right to void it.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If there is any ambiguity in the game rules, 33bc's decision is final.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for review.

7.1 VIP Program

33bc runs a dedicated VIP program for regular players, with 4 tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on regular and active participation. VIP benefits may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bc platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or threats toward other players or staff.
• Collusion or fraudulent activity carried out in coordination with other players.
• Infringement of the platform's intellectual property or proprietary rights.

33bc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious transactions is found.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity.
• For any legal or regulatory reason.

If a valid winning balance exists and the reason for account closure is not a rule violation, that amount may be returned after verification.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the support team.

The 33bc platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. We strive to maintain the highest standards, but our liability is limited in the following areas:

• If a session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Losses caused by problems with the user's own device or network.
• Financial losses from gaming — this risk is borne entirely by the user.
